Until now the AI Copilot proposed a campaign and waited for your tap. That works, but it still needs someone to open the dashboard — and the owners who most need the help are the ones with the least time to do that.

What autopilot does

With autopilot on, Loyalito reviews your customers every morning, picks the single highest-value action, writes it, and sends it at each recipient's best hour. You get a summary afterwards rather than a request beforehand.

The guardrails

  • Frequency caps. No customer receives more than one automated message in a rolling period you choose.
  • Consent first. Only customers who opted in to marketing are ever included, regardless of what the model suggests.
  • Value floor. Campaigns below a minimum audience size are skipped rather than sent for the sake of it.
  • Full log. Every automated send is recorded with the audience, the copy and the reason it was chosen.

Autopilot is available on Pro and Scale, and can be switched off from Settings at any time. Approvals mode remains the default for every new account.
