Loyalty programs collect exactly the kind of data European regulators care about, so it is worth being explicit about how Loyalito treats it.
Consent is unbundled
Joining the loyalty program and agreeing to receive marketing are two separate choices on the join form. A customer can be a member without ever consenting to a campaign, and membership is never conditional on opting in.
Export and deletion are self-serve
You can export a customer's full record, or delete it, from their profile page. Deletion removes the visit history and revokes the wallet pass.
We do not market to your list
Your customers are yours. We do not contact them, sell the data, or use it to promote Loyalito. If you close your account you take the list with you and we remove our copy.
